Since i am in Italy when you're reading this i  wanted to show my followers a bit of my work out program - Specially made for summer!

Siden at jeg er i Italien, når du læser dette så har jeg besluttet mig for at vise jer, mine følger en del af min trænings plan. - Lavet specielt til sommer! :-)

1. 50 Jumping Jacks. / 50 Sprællemænd.

2. 15 on the left leg, and 15 on the right leg = 30 in total. / 15 på højre ben, og 15 på venstre ben = 30 i alt.

3. 15 on the left leg, and 15 on the right leg = 30 in total. / 15 på højre ben, og 15 på venstre ben = 30 i alt

+If i feel like it, and want the 'burn' i take 30 on each leg / + Hvis jeg føler at jeg gerne vil mærke 'smerten' så tager jeg 30 på hver ben.

4. 20 in total. / 20 I alt.

5. 50 Jumping Jacks / 50 Sprællemænd

6. Does this for 30 sec. / gør det i 30 sec.

7. Does 20 of these / Laver 20 of disse

8. I do 3 kinds of crunches to get the most out of the exercise.

Jeg laver 3 forskellige slags mavebøjninger for at få mest ud af min træning.

9. 15 push-ups / 15 armbøjninger

10. 15 push-ups towards a wall to get another effect.

15 armbøjninger for at få en anden effekt.

Heres 10 steps that i use, not all of the things i do are included here but these are the 10 most basic ones i do.

Now, its time for some fun, this only takes about 10-20 minutes! And you'll be in such an amazing mood afterwards!

Her har du 10 af nogle af de ting jeg laver når jeg træner, selvom det ikke er alle mine øvelser der er inkluderet så er det alligevel gode øvelser, jeg fik meget af min inspiration på denne hjemmeside

Or.. I am! I am so going to Italy this friday, and i am excited :-D

I've got some plans for you, well i am gonna make some timed posts, with... CLOTHING!

And stuff i am bringing to Italy, and then - when i am enjoying Italy i am gonna make my cousin take a picture of my clothing everyday cause thats just what i am gonna do! haha. 

I can't wait to show you guys Italy, its beautiful.

Heres a picture from.. I can't remember which year this is from, haha! But as you see my family LOVES pizza, and i like my pasta! :-D

Jeg har allerede lagt planer for dig, altså - Jeg vil lave nogle planlagte indlæg med... TØJ!

& Ting, altså fx. vil jeg vise hvad jeg har smidt i min kuffert/taske! Og mens jeg nyder Italien, og solen så får jeg min fætter til at tage nogle billeder af mig og mit tøj! Fordi jeg har taget det fine tøj med som jeg gerne vil vise frem! :-D I må godt glæde jer ;-)

Agh! Jeg glæder mig til at vise jer skønne mennesker, skønne Italien!

Ovenover kan du se et billede fra en af mine ture til Italien, som du også kan se så er min familie ret glade for Pizza, mens jeg bare gerne vil have min pasta! MUMS :-)

Secrets - I am a dreamer

We all have those secrets we can't share with the people whom are close to us, no matter how much we want to tell these people, we can't.

I've always known that my mother never really meet her real father, she only talked to him on the phone 2-3 times, once she told me that he was listening to the song 'Lady in Red' i know, that for my mother this song means something special, and i'll admit that when i hear the song, i also think about him.

My mother is a secret. She've told me that he never told his family about having her, having a granchild - he was even invited to my baptism but didnt show up, i always wonder how my life could have been if i'd have known him, his family the part in Cardiff, i would have loved to see where he lived, where his parents lived. Everything.

I've tried to find some of his family, but i can't, i think its the fact that he was born in 1944 and was an only child. Maybe one day, hopefully soon - i want to be able to go to Cardiff to see where my family lived, take a lot of pictures so that i'll never forget the place, and i'll be able to show my mother the pictures and tell her about my journey. 

I am a dreamer.

I've just really wanted to show you guys some pictures from my graduationparties, since its almost a week ago but i've just been so damn busy lately, with vacation to italy soon and making just having the time of my life reading and stuff! BUT here ya' go.
