Madblog?

Kender du den der pludselige idé man nogen gange er så heldig at få? Idag var jeg så heldig at jeg fik en - Min gik ud på at starte en helt ny blog op, en blog baseret på mad/kager - fordi 1 jeg elsker at bage og jeg elsker at lave noget rigtig lækkert mad. 

Jeg er dog ikke helt sikker endnu på om det er dette jeg vil, fordi det er nu altså noget af et stort spring at tage, sådan at lave en blog fyldt med kager. Fordi, jeg vil jo sikkert også gerne have andre ting ind over min blog, som jeg har gjort med denne her.


Derudover har jeg skabt forvirring, jeg har rodet rundt i det hele. Og det vil jeg ikke mere, jeg vil holde mig til 2-3 simple ting, så jeg har spurgt mig selv - hvad vil jeg have ud af den 'nye' blog? Vil jeg fx. bruge nok tid på den nye blog? Hvad skal min nye blog om handle?`Og har jeg tid/overskud til at evt. lave alle disse indlæg som jeg nu så gerne vil lave for at få startet min madblog op? Svaret er: Jeg ved det ikke. Men jeg elsker idéen om at have en mad blog.

Så hvis jeg beslutter mig for at lave denne, madblog - så begynder alle mine spørgsmål jo helt klart at rulle ind, jeg vil gerne at den bliver bare halvt ligeså fint som alle de andre bloggers.

As you might know, i am working full-time in a bookstore and i love it!

Well, today we recived 'winter of the world' which is a followup to Ken Follett's bestseller book, fall of the giants! - myself, i havent read neither yet, but i am gonna put them books on my wishlist for christmaaas! ;-)

This morning i woke up from the weirdest dream ever... Imagine Justin Bieber singing a song about apple juice... covered in Apple juice, which mostly really looked like.. Not. Juice.

Yeah, i've had better dreams - You should have seen the look on my face when i woke up and realised what just happened in my dream... But hey, it was fun. Since, i & my friend were the ones who had the most fun in my dream, covering JB in something.
...which i, think.. hope was Apple Juice!

I Just wanted to imform you that i changed the name of my blog 'Pernullecanhazblog' to 'Earthtoasmalltowngirl' there will be some changes on the blog, if i want this to be on english or danish - i still dont know. so.. yeah, live with it for just a few days! Can you?:j

Hello! I am so sorry for not updating my blog more, luckily for me i've got the best kind of busy - I started working in the local bookstore, and i am so loving it. Which besides my lovely boyfriend is the reason why this big smile is on my face, i am such an happy girl these days! Hope your days are bright.

Since i am in Italy when you're reading this i  wanted to show my followers a bit of my work out program - Specially made for summer!

Siden at jeg er i Italien, når du læser dette så har jeg besluttet mig for at vise jer, mine følger en del af min trænings plan. - Lavet specielt til sommer! :-)

1. 50 Jumping Jacks. / 50 Sprællemænd.

2. 15 on the left leg, and 15 on the right leg = 30 in total. / 15 på højre ben, og 15 på venstre ben = 30 i alt.

3. 15 on the left leg, and 15 on the right leg = 30 in total. / 15 på højre ben, og 15 på venstre ben = 30 i alt

+If i feel like it, and want the 'burn' i take 30 on each leg / + Hvis jeg føler at jeg gerne vil mærke 'smerten' så tager jeg 30 på hver ben.

4. 20 in total. / 20 I alt.

5. 50 Jumping Jacks / 50 Sprællemænd

6. Does this for 30 sec. / gør det i 30 sec.

7. Does 20 of these / Laver 20 of disse

8. I do 3 kinds of crunches to get the most out of the exercise.

Jeg laver 3 forskellige slags mavebøjninger for at få mest ud af min træning.

9. 15 push-ups / 15 armbøjninger

10. 15 push-ups towards a wall to get another effect.

15 armbøjninger for at få en anden effekt.

Heres 10 steps that i use, not all of the things i do are included here but these are the 10 most basic ones i do.

Now, its time for some fun, this only takes about 10-20 minutes! And you'll be in such an amazing mood afterwards!

Her har du 10 af nogle af de ting jeg laver når jeg træner, selvom det ikke er alle mine øvelser der er inkluderet så er det alligevel gode øvelser, jeg fik meget af min inspiration på denne hjemmeside
